Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

At Bodega Spinoglio, Montevideo, Uruguay. If you don't live in Uruguay, don't worry: here we have all the info you need.

What time is the ceremony?

We haven't decided yet. You'll receive the schedule as soon as it's ready.

Is parking available?

Yes!

Is there organized transportation to/from the venue?

Maybe; we'll confirm this later.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Yes!

Is it outdoors or indoors?

Both. The ceremony and reception are outdoors; the party is not.

What time does the party end?

To be determined.

Do I need to RSVP?

We will send the invitation with RSVP later.

What is the dress code?

For now, all we can say is that it's formal.

Are there colors I should avoid?

Yes. White and cream colors for women.

Does the celebration require comfortable footwear?

We recommend wide-heel sandals for women, as there is grass.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

We hired MaCa and trust her to take amazing photos of the whole party. Please: we ask that you don't use cell phones to take photos during the ceremony. They can appear in the images and, besides, we want you to live the moment with us without screens in between.

Can I customize my trip?

Yes. You can add nights, change hotels, include more activities, or adjust transfers according to your needs. Fabián can tell you about all the destinations in Latin America you might want to visit.

Can I add excursions after booking the package?

Yes. Optional activities can be added later, but they are subject to availability and space limitations.

What payment methods are available?

Consolid accepts payments with credit cards issued in Uruguay, bank transfers, and deposits.

Is full payment required at booking?

Generally an initial payment is requested to guarantee the reservation and the balance is paid before the trip. Amounts and dates are confirmed at the time of booking, depending on hotel and operator availability. Payment can be made up to one month before Check In, no deposit is required.

Are there cancellation penalties?

The reservation can be canceled without charges up to one week before Check In.

Can the final price vary?

Yes. Prices are subject to current availability and may change before finalizing the reservation.

What documentation do I need to travel to Uruguay?

In general, if you are a citizen of most European countries, the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Israel, South Africa, etc., you can enter as a tourist without a visa for up to 90 days.

Do I need travel insurance?

International medical insurance is recommended, although not mandatory. If you want to contract it with your package, Fabián can advise you.

Are transfers private or shared?

Included transfers are usually shared, but private transfers can be arranged at an additional cost.

What if my flight arrives late at night or early morning?

The transfer adjusts to the arrival time, as long as flight information is provided in advance.

Yes, absolutely!

Does the package include flights?

No, but Consolid can help you find comfortable and affordable flights!

Can I choose the room category?

Rates are based on standard double occupancy rooms. Superior rooms or suites can be requested at an additional cost depending on each hotel.

Is breakfast included every day?

Yes. The 5 nights include daily breakfast at the selected hotel.

I'm traveling with children, is this package suitable?

All hotels accept children and are located in the most beautiful and central area of Montevideo. Package and tour costs may vary.

Do optional activities include a guide?

Generally yes. They include a guide throughout the tour. They will generally be conducted in English so all guests can be on the same tour.

Can activities be cancelled due to bad weather?

Some excursions may be rescheduled or cancelled if weather conditions do not permit. The policy will be informed according to each activity.

Will we go alone on the tours?

We're all going with you! The idea is to be with those who want to go and share a bit of our country together.
